Visual Harmony makes music on your device. The app does not collect or transmit personal data.
About this policy
This policy applies to the rebuilt Visual Harmony app, version 2.0, published by Excelltech Inc. It does not describe other Excelltech apps, which may have different features and policies.
Information handled by the app
Visual Harmony generates its music and animation locally. Playing music does not require an account or a server connection. The app does not record audio, access your microphone, or collect location, contacts, advertising identifiers, usage analytics, or other personal information. The app contains no advertising or third-party analytics SDKs and does not track you across apps or websites.
Your compositions and settings
The app stores your current settings and saved compositions in its local storage on your device. Excelltech does not receive this information. You can delete saved compositions from the Library. Deleting the app removes its local app data; device backups are managed separately through your device settings.
Links to websites
If you choose to open a website link in the app, the website opens in your browser. Your visit is subject to that website’s privacy practices. You do not need to open these links to use the music box.
Support communications
If you email Excelltech, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use those communications to respond to your request. Please do not include information that is unnecessary to resolve the issue. You can contact us to ask about or request deletion of your support correspondence, subject to applicable retention obligations.
Children
The app does not collect personal information from users of any age. If you believe personal information about a child has been shared with us through a support request, contact us so we can address it.
Changes
If the app’s privacy practices change, we will update this policy and its revision date.
